"Each Halloween we visit a bunch of spooky attractions. In 2023 we visited fright factory. The site has ample parking and a food truck parked outside. We purchased fast passes for this event but the line wasn't too bad on a Thursday night. There was ample security at the door as well. Having worked on a haunted hayride for many years it takes a lot for me to bat an eye at these attractions. The actors at this space truly seemed to be enjoying themselves and I got a lot of laughs at some of the unique scares. The other group in front of us were scared out of their minds and would often lag or run in front of us and despite that I felt that the team at fright factory did a pretty good job at managing the crowds and making sure there was a good experience. Super fun."
"Definitely one of the best haunted attractions in the area. So much fun! The actors were amazing from the ones that are outside while you’re standing in line to the ones inside the haunted house. Great scares and pretty long walk through. Highly recommend."
"Honestly underwhelming. My friend and I were moving at a pretty slow pace, but it still only lasted under a half hour and we caught up with the group ahead of us, ruining some of the scares. We got in less than an hour before closing, so maybe the actors were fatigued, but a few spirited performers couldn't make up for the rest. Seems like some of them left early, too. Overall it felt like they tried to do too many themes, leaving all of them feeling short and lacking. Atmosphere was good though, which goes along way. It didn't feel like a complete waste of money but there are scarier and better out there."
"A group of friends and I visited here on Friday the 13th (10/13/2023)-we purchased tickets online just in case it was super busy. We got there around 9:30pm, it was definitely creepy looking on the outside. They had a few actors who were good at freaking people out in the line. It was a good walk-through haunt! The actors did a great job and the themes were creepy. They did a great job at setting up a disorienting atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend wearing any kind of heels that's for sure. All in all it was a fun time. The only setback that our group had was that there was a group ahead of us that ruined some of the jump scares but the staff got that sorted out and allowed us to hang back a bit. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the actors killed it! The free parking that was super close was a bonus as well as convenient. I look forward to going next year!"
"Loved this place! Went to their Christmas show back in December. Their actors were on point, and they did a great job converting the haunt to give it a seasonal feel. The scares were fun and set work really nice. I am located in VA so not sure if I will be back, but if you are in the Philly area, check this place out."
