"This dealership is the absolute worst I've ever encountered in my entire life. I purchased a car from them, and within the first 40 miles of driving, the electronic wastegate malfunctioned, causing the car to break down. It's going to cost me at least $2000 to fix it. Despite seeing documents about dealership warranty, they refuse to answer any of my calls or emails. It's so disrespectful! They couldn't be bothered to reply to me. All they care about is making money by selling you a car; they don't care about customer service at all. They should be ashamed! On top of that, they even charged me for extra insurance, but when I tried to claim money, they refused!"

"I had an exceptional lease pull ahead experience at Passport. I worked with the sales manager (I think his name is Mike) and Peter. Both were really professional and wanted to get me what I wanted and needed. The sales manager really knows what he’s doing. I don’t have one complaint. When I arrived everyone I encountered was friendly and or helpful. The finance guy was awesome and made that final process a breeze. They have cool updated technology to make signing and reading the docs a breeze. Those small upgrades matter to me. Most importantly- I love my new 2024 X4."

I have bought 3 BMW SUV’s from Passport BMW and he has always given me not just excellent customer service but he gives an exceptional customer experience every time. He left for a minute and I was distraught and didn’t know who was going to offer me the quality service he did. When I brought my car in for service and saw him back, I screamed so loud that everyone looked at me. I told him he made my year and gave him the biggest hug and smile ever.
