"I went to this store early, 7:29 am Saturday to be exact , I was waiting outside for 7 minutes, two ladies knew I was there, but they didn't open even though the signs says 7:30am, so I pushed and pulled the door a little harder twice, then got back to my vehicle, then one of the ladies opened the door. Once I entered the store, a "blonde Latina with glasses" lady argued about the door, I asked her why they didn't open on time! The answer she gave was that the systems didn't start yet. Plus, she said, "You aren't my boss," after telling her that if they can not get the systems ready, open at 8:00am. This lady thought I was giving her orders. I was only concerned about the time. She was more worried about the door than the customer. I was almost kicked out of the store by this blonde Latina lady! IF THEY DID OPEN THE DOOR ON TIME, I WOULDN'T ENDED PUSHING AND PULLING THE DOOR!!!"

"I came to this store and it wasn’t too busy at this time. It was at least three employees at the counter. I asked to have my battery life and Alternator checked and a Staff member was willing to help. It turned out that I needed a New Battery, this was understood. I was ready to buy a battery from this store until they told me that they only have one person who can install the battery and they will not be here until a later time today. My understanding, any employee at this store can install a easy to reach battery, but no one was willing to install the battery. After waiting at this store, I called another AutoZone Store located at 7057 Allentown Rd, Temple Hills, MD 20748. They also had the battery available and was willing to installed the battery with No... Problem...!!! and they had around the same amount of employees available. Thanks to the Allentown AutoZone Store. You value your customers...!!! I recommend anyone in this area that needs auto parts to shop at the Allentown AutoZone Store you will appreciate it...!!!"
