"Purchased a full detail gift card for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift December of 2022. Never used it until today, and we wish we would have used it sooner! The vehicle looks great. I think better than when she bought it lol. Between the time we got the gift card till now the price of the full detail went up. We were notified when booking and before I could even say I would cover the difference OCD offered to honor the original price from 2022 so we weren’t out of pocket anything additional. They didn’t have to do that and I think that speaks volumes for this business. We will be back. Highly recommended."
"These guys are absolutely top notch. I took my car to them for a ceramic coating and we’re thrilled with how it turned out. The car had a lot of swirls and scratches from when the dealer “detailed” it when I bought it. He got all the paint imperfections out and even a few small dents pulled before coating it. His attention to detail is incredible. The paint looks like glass now. They also did a quick interior detail which looked incredible as well. If you’re looking to get any kind of work done by these guys you will not be disappointed. Worth every penny."
"5/5 stars is not a high enough rating for Joseph and his crew. They are awesome! They have great response times to messages inquiring about services. Short wait times to have services completed. Reasonable pricing! And the most important detail is how passionate they are about their work. They definitely mastered the perfection in their work. They went above and beyond on my vehicle and I cannot thank them more. I can promise you if you bring your vehicle here they will take great care of it."
"After buying a used 2014 BMW 328xd AWD diesel wagon (pretty rare combination), I decided to have paint protection film and ceramic coating installed on the vehicle. Another shop (Rock Guard Film) handled the film, and Joe at OCD handled the paint preparation (before the film) and ceramic coating (after the film). He told me I wouldn't believe how good it would look when I picked the car up. And even after being told that and setting my expectations accordingly, I wasn't ready for how amazing the car looked. The pictures attached to this review are four months after the car was coated. All I did was give the car a quick wash with a wash mitt, some car wash soap, and some good ol' Lower Macungie hose water. No scrubbing, no clay bar, no waxing. It looks like I just had it professionally detailed. Seriously. The township recently did an "oil and chips" road reconditioning around our development. My wife noticed a big black glob stuck to the paint by the wheel well and thought, "oh no." When she went to see how badly it was stuck on, the glob literally peeled right off. Be sure to ask Joe about ceramic-coating your window glass too - it's a worthwhile upgrade!"
"We just had our new black XC90 R Design in for ceramic coat and Joe knocked it out the park. As anyone knows, keeping a black car clean is never an easy task and one I was dreading when my wife told me she wanted a black car. Even using the two bucket method and drying with the least amount of pressure will leave clear as day marks in black paint. I wanted to be able to wash and dry the car with the least amount of direct contact with the paint as possible and I had heard about ceramic coating through friends and how great it is, but this is our first time having it done on one of our cars. After talking to Joe about it I decided it would be the best option. The major issue was the dealer had put some pretty nasty swirl marks in our brand new paint when they "prepped" if for us, but Joe was able to do some (a lot of) correction and it now shines like a mirror... Seriously though, it is now that clear. The car now beads water like crazy and the dirt washes clean with little contact and I am even able to blow dry with an electric blower. Joe was great at walking us through the process and future upkeep answering all our questions. I can't say enough good things, they did a solid job and we won't hesitate to use them again!"
