"I booked a birthday party for my kids and arrived 15 minutes prior just for our private room to not be set up at all so we had to wait. They said my kids would get a shout out by the DJ and didn’t like the other kids did. The kids had fun jumping but when leaving I noticed someone tried to break into my car. The following day I called and asked them to review the camera, which they took my info and said they would get back to me but I haven’t heard from them. The party took place on 1/27 and I informed them on 1/28 about my car."
"We just had our son's 10th birthday here. They were really on the ball with updates and making sure we were taking care of before the party. The party itself went so well and the attendant was so helpful keeping the flow going and helping all the kids. Would highly recommend having your kids party here!"
"The park is clean and fun. However nearly forty dollars for ultimate attractions which are minimally staffed and leaves kids waiting in a line for nearly 40 minutes is excessive. Better allocation of staff is needed badly. 4 kids in an area that is roughly 1/3 the park sizes is stupidly ridiculous. Look at the photos, where are the kids? They are all in a long line outside the area."
