"The theater, quaint black box setting. Love it. Our group was promised that the set for the two weekend performance would be stationary for the term of our rental. Another "renter" made our brief residency impossible and we ended our stay after two days, relocating in DC. The other "renter" perceived dictating the terms of our stay (our contract was with the venue NOT another renter) with being accommodating which was ridiculous. This renter was combative within hours of load-in and maintained a camera on site, nuff said Venue: 7. Overall Experience:2."

"It has adequate space for very small events. The seating is not very comfortable. After a 2 hour show with a 15 minute intermission, myself and several other patrons left complaining about knee and back pain."

"This is a great little theater in the 'almost round' with seats on two sides, raked up. Industrial look, some charming decor, accessible sound and lighting boards. Just a nice modern theater for stage or perhaps dance."
