"Nice park with nice amenities such as a playground and multiple soccer/baseball fields. Clean restrooms and a pond in the back."
"Great park to take kids. I like that they have separate areas for smaller kids and the bigger ones. I will say some parents don't pay attention to the signs and let big kids come in the 2-5 area sometimes. Both of our kids really like the playsets and just walking around the grassy areas. It's also fun to see the geese and turtles in the little pond. We've seen a lot of people walking their dogs and it seems like the perfect place for it"
"Great park, lots of options! There is a fenced area for the smaller kids, which is super handy, and then a larger play area with four fun slides, climbing rope/wall and then a swing area including two infant swings. There are a couple of benches around each play area for caregivers to sit. There’s a baseball diamond, a large covered pavilion with barbecue areas, cornhole boards, and lots of other field space for running and playing."
"I have been going to this park since it opened. It used to be very clean and well kept. The past two years, there is always litter laying around, the fence around the pond is laying over and broken up in a couple spots. The grass is usually only cut in about half the park. One of the county employees I spoke with at the park said they don't have enough workers to keep up with park maintenance. There are often people just sitting in their cars looking around which is not a crime but in today's world it is not a good look. Really nice playgrounds and pavilion. Some nice fields for baseball and soccer."
"Interesting name for a park , more like a hidden area to unwind and catch some rays in this quiet environment. Secluded in Stafford , Virginia this quaint park features a large lake where you can’t walk around it completely but gorgeous nonetheless. There’s a children’s playground and a huge field for various sports as well as bathrooms. Lovely finding in the middle of the back roads on a warm autumn afternoon with my trusty companion who enjoyed the park as well ."
