I needed to get the issue resolved before a short trip up to MD for the weekend. After a long work week, they quickly fit me in on Friday evening. When they didn’t have the tires I wanted in the shop —they offered to pick them up from another Mr. Tire in the area and put them on that evening. They were polite, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile for a customer. Thank you!"

"While traveling back to Connecticut from South Carolina, we stayed overnight in Springfield only to find upon leaving our hotel in the morning that one of our tires was significantly deflated. A Google search indicated that Mr. Tire was just a few minutes away so we carefully made our way to the shop. I explained our issue to Marvin, who could not have been more helpful. He got our vehicle into the service bay immediately, assessed the problem and made the repair, and we were back on the road in about 30 minutes.
