"This place is in a parking garage with no natural sunlight so if you think your car looks good after they do their job...just wait till you get in the sunlight....terrible!!! Don't use these folks unless you just want a carvwash. they possibly can't offer you quality services without natural sunlight."

"BEWARE!! This is not the place to have ppf or stek or vinyl wrap for your car. The team is cool people and very friendly. They are incompetent even with washes. You pay 100 dollars or 150 dollars for a car wash and if you point something out they say it’s the customer being difficult. I had my Porsche Panamera wrapped blue here and they had it for almost 3 weeks. When I tell you they sold me a dream and had Huge expectations I was very disappointed when I got my car. The vinyl looked like it was edged by a 4th grader. I went to 3 wrap shops they said it was very poor work because they made it seem I was being picky. If you pay over 7k you should be picky!!! You should double check your work. TRANSMISSION LIGHT CAME I TOOK IT TO PORSCHE AND THEY SHORTED SOMETHING AND IT HAD MANY ERRORS. I recorded the tech talking and sent it to them. The manager said they would fix it but as time passed the wrap was peeling and It had so many imperfections. Bolts missing, taillights misaligned, paint scratches from not using knifeless tape, parts missing. I told them to refund me and remove and I’ll give them that they did because they know it was a a poor job and I didn’t want to keep bringing it back to get things fixed. Initially I purchased ppf(paint protection film) on the whole front end and they wrapped vinyl over it so that said it’s common. I agreed to keep the ppf and they would remove the vinyl wrap. They said it will be good to go when I pick up. I PICKED IT UP THEY MISSED HALF THE PPF ON THE BUMPER AND SAID IT MUST HAVE RIPPED OFF WITH THE VINLY. is there no double or triple checking work here?!?? I messaged them they said bring it by and we will put it on. They said it would have stay a day or two for it to cure. I had work so I said I’d bring it by some time later. Eventually the partial ppf that’s on the bumper after a couple days starts to peel up! I told them I’ll take my business somewhere else. I asked for a refund and they said no because my bumper had bad paint! WHY WOULD YOU PUT OR LAY ANYTHING ON BAD PAINT! my paint isn’t what’s bad it’s the inability and incompetence of capital Shines team. I have trim pieces missing, bolts missing, too much to list. Do your research before you come here. Pictures will speak more volume."

"Paint Protection and Ceramic Coating for Tesla Model 3 - I received outstanding service from Capitol Shine on my car. I purchased a full front end PPF and whole body Ceramic Coating. The finished product looks great, but the best part of my experience was the customer service. Unfortunately there were a lot of complications in my service (cracked windshields, dust under the first PPF), but Capitol, and their awesome rep Kimberly, kept me updated constantly through text and voice, and made sure every single issue was resolved before I had my car back. They even spent time and resources driving my car over to Safelite for the windshield issue. PPF and Ceramic coating is an expensive investment and I felt my investment was well worth it at Capitol Shine. I will update this review if I notice any defects or issues arise in the near future. So far there are none."

"I was excited to get a professional wash and vac here as there appears to be no places around here that actually have good automatic wash and self vac. I had just returned from a road trip with my dog so I took off the seat protectors and removed literally everything from the car in order to make it as easy for the crew as possible. I tried not to laugh once I got a good look at my car once I left the garage. I cannot believe I spent about $100 (tip included) for a very disappointing job on both the hand wash and vacuuming. There was still dog hair everywhere. On top of that, there was still a lot of visible dirt/grime on the outside of the vehicle. Definitely will NOT be returning. I could have done a better job vacuuming and hand washing it myself, but unfortunately I just don’t have the resources living in an apartment in the city. It’s great that I still have to vacuum the vehicle myself after all that money and take it through another wash. Update: Melvin called me almost immediately after I posted my review and offered to have me bring my car back for them to re-wash/vac free of charge. I ended up declining to bring it back as I honestly just don't have the time and would prefer do it myself at this point. I have to say though, excellent customer service! I was offered a full refund since I was not going to bring it back and Melvin apologized for the job not meeting my expectations."

"I visited Capitol Shine based on the reviews and was not disappointed. Rob, the CEO, gave me excellent guidance and described various services since I am inexperienced when it comes this type of labor. He never seemed rushed and took his time pointing out the different offerings. He fit me in last minute even though their schedule was busy and also returned phone calls on his day off to answer questions. Melvin, the general manager, was also very helpful and fast on returning calls. This is a top notch operation. I had the Ceramic Pro Gold package applied and did a total interior cleaning as well. I’ll be coming back here monthly for washes. These guys know their stuff and they are focused on making sure the customer is happy and well educated about their purchasing options. You won’t find better."
