"Went to get my 2023 Kia serviced and they didn’t have the correct filter. Went to a Kia dealership to get an oil change and a worker in Jiffy Lube had left the dip stick in and oil has spilled all over my engine. Causing damage and cost on my end."

"Every time I come in, Cord is so welcoming and accommodating. Even since moving over an hour away, I still come to this location because of his customer service and the other guys in the bays. Hands down one of the best Jiffy Lubes I have ever spent my money at."

"No need to go here. We have been a number of times and the service is wildly inconsistent. We have left with 3 low tires and 1 over inflated. We have left with loose caps that trip the check engine light. We have left with fluids near empty that we had been assured were topped off. There are half a dozen other place to get your oil changed and basic maintenance done, including other Jiffy Lubes, which will give you a more consistent level of service."

"Been going here for years. Always polite and helpful. They do a great job. Except one time they told me I needed to change out something that was at a critical level, and ended up only doing half the job because they didn't carry one of the fluids needed. And I had to get it all re-done at my dealership, who explained to me that it was impossible to be OUT of what they claimed I was out of and they should not have been opening that part of the car anyway because it was pressure controlled. This was well over a 100$ error on their part :("
