"Went to get my tire patched and was told they could not fix it, which I understood. I paid for a new tire and they mounted it. It just so happened I had an appointment with my regular mechanic the next day, and he told me the tire they put on was off road, and it did not match the others, and would not pass inspection. After picking up the original tire they could not patch, my mechanic was able to patch it and mount the original tire. When I took back the tire they sold me, they told me it was a used tire (even though I had it installed the previous morning), and that my mechanic was wrong. Everything they said was the complete opposite of what my mechanic told me, and only when we mentioned that their information was the first time hearing that an off road tire would be fine with the others did they get quiet and put my refund through. At no point did they tell me the tire was off road, nor did they mention that it should not be put on, and then they tried to dismiss what my mechanic told me, whom I trust over Walmart’s employees. I would have been stuck with a $100 tire (plus $40 extra fees) that I could not use, and only after insisting did they finally refund me for the tire. Before leaving they told me if “it were them, to find a new mechanic.” Will not be going back for any auto service at Walmart, as they do not know what they are doing, nor do they seem to care if it’s right or not."

"I highly recommend this place. Just installed my new tires here and everything worked so perfectly! The staff there (I think his name is Butch) is super friendly and enthusiastic. I really loved the place."

"I took my suv in for an oil change and was told they can't do it because they didn't have the appropriate oil filter for my car and that if i can bring them in the right one they can service it then. I have a mercedes and I looked it up on their inventory online and they had plenty of the oil filters that would fit my car and I tried other places and they had the same exact filters that would fit my car. I really don't think they knew what they were doing or talking about nor even tried to fit the ones they have in stock on. Or they just didn't feel like dealing with it."

"Majority of the time my car is done quickly. Sometimes they get busy just like any other shop but they usually give a heads up. The only thing I don't like is they tend to answer the phone and get caught up with a person calling just to check if they have tires in stock, when I'm there waiting, in person, trying to actually pay for service."
