"Walked out to my car to see a rainbow running out from under it during the rain: seeing this shop was open 5:30 in the evening, I went in to see when they could possibly look at the problem. They popped my hood right there, suspected a leaking oil filter and took me in for replacement, and plugged two screws in my tires. Bottom line, they could have said a seal needed to be replaced and I would have had to believe them...the fact they presented a quick inexpensive fix shows this shop is honest. ...earned a new customer!"

"I stopped by this shop over 25 yrs ago with a coupon for an oil change. I decided to ask about a service that Nissan dealer told me my husband's truck needed a full tune-up, we only had the truck for several months. Now beit biggest dealership here in Harford County is telling a woman why her husband's truck is running rough. Mechanic here checked it out. Asked if he had opportunity to figure out what was wrong. It was a cracked spark plug. My bill was under $25 at that time. We've been dealing with this place ever since. Being a woman they never pushed any service on any of my vehicles that was not necessary. I stopped going in for my "FREE" oil changes and came here after I was told I needed specific things done to my vehicle one being my tires were going to be replaced soon....BIG EXPENSE. My tires weren't even a month old. Like I said here they will not push any repair on your vehicle if it's not needed. As for prices, I have yet to find someplace that can meet it. Not fancy, don't offer manicures or coffee but that's why prices aren't over-inflated. They do offer you the opportunity to give their dog and cats belly rubs. I highly recommend coming here."

"My mother recently took her car here because her alternator went up. She just replaced her alternator last year and another company charged her $1200. Performance Lube And Tune only charged $450. Because of this my Dad has them working on his Ford Truck that needs breaks, and his Mustang needed a new motor that they're putting in for $2400 which is low. I'll be taking my Honda CRV there tomorrow because I drove over a curb and it's shaking. So far they've been great. I'll update and let you know the outcome of all the additional work we're having done."
