Domino's Pizza

"I was hired awhile ago, I was on board not a short time after , foods awesome…. But the atmosphere was really hard to explain, they were nice then next weirdly rude. I was recently told I was off schedule (I just got my second paycheck, which had the rest of my first on there) I was confused but went along.I didn’t hear from them in about 2weeks, I’ve reached out , nothing. It’s like they care but they don’t . I’ve now checked something that is acquired at the job, and I was shocked by a message. { You no longer work for this company} . ….i didn’t know what I did.. I didn’t do anything, I did everything the best I could . Even when I wasn’t even taught the things I was supposed to learn but didn’t and got yelled at because I didn’t know what I was doing correctly or (at all). Now I’m only a youngster. And I actually love the kitchen. I love making food. I would love to be a chef! And I actually need a job and I can’t sit in the house all day it gets boring. They need to get it together honestly."

"This place has really improved over the last couple months. I always do carryout, and the last few times I've ordered have been quick and correct. I actually have to leave as soon as I place my order because the wait time is so short even during peak nights. The cashiers have been very polite the last few visits. Everyone always seems to be happy inside. Dominos is now my main go to for pizza. 4 stars only because my pizzas have sometimes been on the smaller side, or wider crusts than normal, but it seems like there are new people on the prep line so this is expected. Shaping a pizza right takes practice."

"We love dominos but when you are Okay sending pizzas like this it's time to do some coaching. We are very disappointed that the pizza was topped like this then put in the oven cut and handed over to us like this..... is this dominos standard? If you don't like your job quit. I don't want to hear did you check your pizza..... your staff should have more Respect for your company to send this out."

"The customer service is horrible. I called this location at 7:30 PM on 10/24/23, where the lady on the phone immediately had an attitude from the start sounding bothered the second she told me to hold. I had a simple question about my delivery order and asked to pick it up, to which she replied with an immense amount of attitude speaking over me telling me to hold on because she didn’t know if one of the drivers was on the way with my order (She thought I was asking when it would arrive). The lady could’ve simply let me speak from the start and spoken to me calmly instead of carrying herself with negative attitude. Overall it was a quick nasty call that ended in me saying I would go pick it up, the catch is that when I arrived 15 minutes after, my pizza still wasn’t in the oven. And when I asked for the refund of the delivery fee they said they couldn’t do that, when I’ve worked at many places where you very much can do that, and even in cash. They then told me to wait THIRTY minutes for my order, it was also very much empty and not busy whatsoever. The managers and the rest of the employees are all the exact same and have no urge to help nor fix their attitude. Whoever owns the store is definitely losing money with management and their employees. The most unprofessional workers ever. I seriously don’t recommend getting anything from here."

"Hey, I’d like to report and share one of the worse customer service experiences of my life. I called this store 10.20.23 approximately at 7:10 pm and spoke with a young lady, who seemed irritated from the start of our short conversation. This young lady had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve had the regret of speaking to. She cut me off, was snappy, asked me condescending questions. I felt frustrated, I felt disrespected, and all I wanted to do was order food for my family. I even tried to reason with the lady. The experience was so bad that I asked her to cancel my order. When we hung up, I was so upset that I called back and the young lady had answered the phone. I politely asked could I speak to a manager and to my surprise she claimed to have been a manager despite giving terrible customer service. I politely asked to speak with a different manager. Her response was “they’re busy”. I replied with “I’ll wait.” The young lady put me on hold then eventually you could hear the phone pick up then intentionally hang up on me. We ended up ordering from Papa John’s."
