"I've been taking my car to this garage ever since I got it, a few years ago. I'm not a mechanic, but my car would run for a few months after visiting them, so I assumed they did good work. I can't speak on that. However, their communication skills are lacking. I've repeatedly asked them to keep me updated and give me an estimate on how much repairs would be. They never call and then after a week or so, give me a $500-$2000 bill on things I didn't even bring the car in for. Finally, I called them during my latest trip, asked for a partial refund due to not being informed of repairs and explained how I felt disrespected. I also noted that this wasn't the first time they had done this to me. I was upset, but I spoke calmly and made sure to say that I did appreciate their time and service, it was just the lack of communication that troubled me. I was told to go to another mechanic."

"Uncertified butchers, hacking together cars for a quick buck. Nothing but a rip off. Terrible quality of work and absolutely no skill, knowledge, or training. Please go somewhere with reputable qualification and certifications. Returned vehicle in worse condition than when it went after 4 months of sitting in their parking lot."

"This is lengthy but true! Mom's listen up! If you are looking for a fair place and price and quick to get you in then please read! This is the only shop I dealt with for the last 13 years! They are always thorough and fair with their fees! I am a single Mom and I used to be intimidated with going to a shop and wondering if I will be taken advantage of or if I will be laughed at but Follweiler's has always treated me with respect and they also take the time to review things with me so I understand the basics. My car just did fail inspection which I was told by my dad would happen however he reviewed the problems with me then met with my dad and I to go over a plan for my dad to fix the rust problem. He didn't have to do that. He spent 20 mins of his own time to help me resolve an inspection problem he would not get paid to do. He truly did not have to do that! He just saved me a ton of money and with these repairs im only spending less than 200.00 to save my van and not have to finance with a ridiculous down payment. My van passed inspection the last 3 yrs. And it was a fair call failing it as the rust problem I have is severe! So what this lengthy review really means is this I WILL ONLY TRUST THIS GARAGE TO DO MY REPAIRS AND INSPECTION. THEY ARE THOROUGH AND FAIR! NOT EASY TO SAY FOR MANY PLACES I HAVE TRIED THRU THE LAST 30 YEARS OF DRIVING!!! It's brutal trying to find a mechanic you feel IS NOT treating you fair or with respect! That struggle is REAL! These guys are DOWN TO EARTH REGULAR PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT OUT TO SCREW YA! It's refreshing! This has been MY GARAGE OVER THE LAST 13 YRS!
