"I came in here for 3 tires and I left with 4 an oil change and a wheel alignment. The best part is that the price I paid was excellent and I will be coming back to service my other vehicles. Kapeel was awesome and never made me feel pressured for any of the services provided. That's important to me because I walk right out that door when I feel like there is pressure selling happening. "My truck wouldn’t start on one of those cold days last week. I immediately knew it was the battery. I jumped the battery and drove it to Jack Williams to drop it off for a battery replacement. They were quick to get my truck in and looked at, but I was not expecting a call from service stating I needed a new Alternator. Which he was quick to tell me “you wouldn’t understand the type of Alternator needed” and quoted me $1100 all in the same breath. Little does this man know, I worked and raced cars my entire life so I know a few things. I guess being a woman, he assumed I would be dumb and just went with what he said. What this gentleman also didn’t know is that I have a warranty on my vehicle. I refused service and went to get my vehicle from their lot. I drove it next door to the Chevy dealer and they indeed verified it was the battery and replaced it for $400. Jack Williams wasted my time, tried to rip me off, and according to other reviews, like to take advantage of women. My family and I have been a loyal customer for decades, and I can say you will never get a dime out of us again. Do better!"

"Clearly something is wrong at this Jack Williams tire and auto service location. I was not going to post a review until I read Angelica C's review and I also was mistreated at this particular store.(beginning to think it's because we are women) On September 2, I took my Land Rover in for a flat. I was told I needed to purchase 2 tires. However, when I left, my tire light was still on so I immediately turned around and went back. A gentleman behind the counter explained to me that my car is self-learning and that the tire light will go off after driving a specific amount of miles, over a specific MPH. I believed the gentleman and I left again. After driving on the highway, my car's tire light did not go off, and other warning lights on my car's dashboard started to light up! I returned to the Jack Williams location, and they finally had someone physically inspect my car. It turns out that they had my tire pressure at between 30 and 35 PSI but my car tires are rated for 50 PSI. The gentleman behind the counter stated the warning lights were simply because the tire pressure was low. They then put the correct amount of air in my tires. I got a simple apology and I left. However only the air pressure light went off on my dashboard. All the other warning lights were still coming on. I went back again, and I was then told, that they didn't do anything wrong for a second time. I leave very confused, and as I'm driving on the interstate, my car literally stops on me. I was terrified because a large truck almost hit me, and my infant! I called them up and explained the situation and they told me for a third time that it was nothing that they did and a gentleman tells me that I probably need to take it to Land Rover, or the dealership. I made arrangements to take it to Land Rover, and there they discovered that this Jack Williams location put the wrong tires on my car. When I called to tell the Jack Williams location the situation, they said they were unaware of that being possible! They insisted that the rating of the tire would not have anything to do with what was going on with my car. Land Rover told me that if someone would have simply looked at the panel on the inside of the door, they would have known the correct tires and air pressure. Clearly someone is not doing their job. Not only did I feel very brushed off the several times that I did return, and call, they have yet to rectify my issue. I was told to bring the tires back, and that they would refund me for my tires. Meanwhile, while my car is at Land Rover and the correct tires are being installed, I got a call from someone claiming to be the manager of the location, (this was someone different than the gentleman I spoke with in person claiming to be the manager ) and he told me that I would need to take my car away from the Land Rover dealership, to a Mavis someplace in New Jersey. I stated I was not comfortable driving the car with the tires they had put on it and that it was unsafe. I then told him that they put the wrong tires on my car, and I could have been killed with my child. He then told me to bring the tires back to the location and he would rectify the issue. I returned the tires to the store and I was told that they needed to bring it up to their corporate office before I would get my money back! I have yet to receive my refund! I am posting this on September 17th."
