"I don't generally take the time to write google reviews, but when you receive the kind of outstanding, "go the extra mile," detail oriented service that Tim & his team deliver, you are compelled to share it. Let's face it, no one is happy about having to take their car to the body shop, but this team makes it so painless - they take the headache out of it and put a smile on your face while they're at it. If it's possible that a body shop can "excite and delight," this place nails it...and I should know, since for better or worse, I've had to take our various cars there on multiple occasions over the years! On my most recent visit my car came back not just fully restored but fully detailed - I felt like I was driving a brand new car!! They even took care of getting my inspection done which was being held up by the body damage on the car. It's extremely rare to find this kind of personable customer care anymore. "Customer service and quality of work is top notch. My wife’s Honda Civic had a tree come down which affected a majority of the panels. I brought the vehicle here based on reviews and living close by and seeing how clean and organized the facility is. Body and paint work looks amazing on her vehicle. What really stood out was the customer service. They really know what consumers are looking for in auto body repair. I was apprehensive that I couldn’t go over the car myself before delivery due to time constraints on my end. Knowing this, Tim gave me a call and went over the repair and gave me complete confidence in knowing they will take care of any issues that I would have. Luckily I have no issues but it’s the little things like that which make this place a great place to get your vehicle repaired at!"
