"I made an appointment online and stated I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my vehicle, I didn’t see the tire rotation completed on the invoice. I asked why it wasn’t done and the tech said he didn’t do it because of the vehicle I drive. Wait what! A tire rotation is to provide even wear on the tires, I asked for it and it sounds like they were too lazy to do the job. I’ll go somewhere else. It sounds like they just want my tires to run uneven so I can buy new ones."
