"I made an appointment online and stated I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my vehicle, I didn’t see the tire rotation completed on the invoice. I asked why it wasn’t done and the tech said he didn’t do it because of the vehicle I drive. Wait what! A tire rotation is to provide even wear on the tires, I asked for it and it sounds like they were too lazy to do the job. I’ll go somewhere else. It sounds like they just want my tires to run uneven so I can buy new ones."

I had a bad sensor and they assured me it was safe to drive home. There was no charge for this peace of mind. What a great service this was on a Sunday. The cheapest they could do was $260 for a single tire on a 2012 Mazda. And the warranty on my old tire didn't cover "road hazards." What does that even mean? What made my tire blow out the side?"
