"I can’t speak to the sales team, which it looks like most of the reviews here refer to. However, I strongly caution anyone bringing their vehicle here for service. Although the desk personnel are nice, the actual service performed is far below what I would expect from a “luxury” vehicle manufacturer. I had warranty work completed which took several visits to get an answer for (a simple Google search revealed the widespread known issue for this model). The work completed was shoddy at best. After 18 months, pieces of my vehicle began flying off while driving. The Annapolis service folks told me this is “common” (I assure you, I have never seen a single car of any age or brand with this particular part missing!!), which also doesn’t build confidence that a brand knows pieces would dangerously detach while driving and put other drivers at risk and not try to help fix the issue. The dealership refused to take ownership for the defective work (they “only warranty their work for 12 months” according to them), and overcharged me hundreds of dollars on an additional repair estimate that was caused by their own initial faulty work. If you value your vehicle, your tjme, and your sanity, take your car somewhere else. This dealership has been nothing but a mess the numerous times I have tried to have Land Rover take responsibility for their woefully inadequate service work. There are several reputable body and repair shops in the area that will complete the work correctly, quickly, and with a thorough explanation…go local instead!!"
