"I usually have great experiences at this body shop. I've brought many cars for many issues. Avery was amazing last time with a more complicated issue and two different Geico claim numbers. This time there has been no communication about my car, to include what my payment is out of pocket for a window seal prior to doing work. The only reason I have heard any updates about the time line is because Enterprise calls me. I've heard nothing from Dakota and every time I call Leslie seems annoyed to have to help me."

"While the staff is nice, they are so unorganized. My car sat at the body shop for 2 weeks and all I needed was a new bumper and fog lights. It took a week for the parts to come in only for them to be the wrong parts and then when the right ones came in they were missing a part. They told me it would be there the next day...turns out the people drove all the way to Richmond, VA and realized they left without the part. This delayed the process another day. Following day the part still didn't come in. After 2-3 days of this circus, they finally had the part. Well then the person who brought the part, somehow drove over it! Cracked the part and so when I picked up the vehicle, it was then that the service advisor had told me my car was "99% done" and they were waiting on this part, AGAIN. I picked up my car on Thursday and the part was supposed to be there Friday, well it wasn't. So disappointed in this place, once I get this part I will not be returning."

"Our first experience wasn’t great. We had some lingering issues with fitment and we weren’t satisfied. Our truck is back in purgatory as of this morning but I believe it’s in much better hands this time around. Will update when the work is completed. Andrew addressed our concerns, he was very professional and courteous. He came up with a plan that was above satisfactory in my opinion. Also, Avery is an estimator over there; He’s very professional, friendly and straight to business. Knows his stuff too."
