"Bob is way over price and charge me $2200 for engine work telling me that he solve the problems by putting in new injectors and new spark plugs. My car engine light came on as soon as I was leaving his parking lot. I got past Phelps liquors, so it seems like he just use the computer to delete the engine warning ⚠️ sign it read the same scan he acts like people don’t own scanners/I don’t know AutoZone will scan your car for free had to take it to another shop in Pasadena and spend another $800 due to Bob’s lack of knowledge, he has a guy working on a car there that’s 18 years old no experience Bob will have your car for weeks at a time. They don’t answer your phone calls when you call zero stars the lady that works the desk is so rude and will lie to you and say bob is not here when asking ? About why it's taking so long drive bye bob shops bobs black Chevy SUV is park on the side bob is a waste of time nothing but a Rip off I highly recommend C@T transmission, two blocks up on Mountain Road."

"We used Bob's Auto to help diagnose a "pull left" when driving down a straight road. We had the tires balanced and rotated, an alignment, the brakes cleaned and re-lubed, and the suspension inspected. The problem persisted. We dropped the car off at Bob's Auto. The shop verified the previous work and alignment. The shop eventually isolated the problem to a bad tire. This was kind of surprising to us since the tires were relatively new Goodyear's with less than 8,000 miles on them. We got the car back on the second day. We were impressed Bob's Auto found the problem quickly for us. The charge was exceptionally reasonable. We questioned the bill because it seemed too low for the work. We are very satisfied with Bob's All Makes Auto Repair. We look forward to doing business with them again."
