They diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate if they were to do the repair but encouraged me first to take the vehicle to the dealer since the repair may be covered due to an existing class action lawsuit/settlement. I did just that and saved a lot of money as the dealer did cover the expense. This example shows this is an honest business and this stood out to me.
