"Horrible. Went in to get my title and registration on a used vehicle and Zain wasted my time going through all the paperwork. When he told me the price it was about $150 more than I was expecting. I asked for the price breakdown and he said it was $100 for his “processing” fee… that is NOT a normal fee. He nickel and dimed up other fees too leading to the huge up charge. I walked out and went to Baltimore Tag & Title where they charged what I was expecting. No hidden side door sketchy fees. Don’t let them waste your time."
