"Sunday 12/10/2023 around 18:00 - 18:56/6:00pm - 6:56pm. I was picking up food from Wendy's in the same area and I man came running in front of my car in which I had my hazard lights on because of the heavy rain and I nearly hit him. The guy became belligerent and nasty and I told him I was calling the police. He then came from back from the side of my vehicle nearly being hit again. After that he got into his car and used his red 2017 hyundai Elantra to ram my vehicle backing out of this stores parking space and sped away hit and run style. Several employees came out to yell and complain about me sitting there despite me telling them that a customer of theirs struck my vehicle with theirs and that I was waiting for police to arrive. With how they were talking and all that was around me I was not willing to move until police arrived, not to mention that you are to remain in place unless it is unsafe to do so. I was not blocking traffic except one delivery car from that store and I didn't feel comfortable moving anywhere until help arrived. After the report was done I wanted to speak to the on duty manager at first she was willing to talk to me but I got called away by the officer to get info about the report. When I went back in I asked very nicely is the woman I was speaking to available again and way told she said to leave by the very same ill mannered and nasty man with tattoos down both arms that came out to get nasty and complain about where my van was sitting with hazards on waiting for police. When I refused he became verbally aggressive and abusive. He threatened me with bodily harm saying how he was going to beat my behind and assault me despite being recorded by the police dispatcher and how he didn't care about that and saying all kinds of curse words even with other customers in the store at time. This man also made defamatory and slanderous remarks that were also recorded by the dispatcher and he claimed how I would be arrested and in handcuffs. Little did he know I have had disabilities since I was 4 years old and I'm now 43. When the police arrived again I was simply told that I should just call the owners of the store the next day and I went on my way. No handcuffs needed or involved. The woman in charge despite me refusing to leave did at least act with a little bit more respect and did not resort to slander and threats of harm. However I am still thinking she needs more training in how to handle accidentsv in or around the workplace or such behavior of their customers and employees. I hope the male employee is fired or moved to a position where he doesn't have to interact with the public such shameful and disgraceful behavior. I was able to relay the color and license plate number of the vehicle that committed the road rage hit and run and I am perusing the drivers insurance company with a claim. The officers name and report number has been redacted to protect the investigation and those involved."

"The pizza is probably one of the better pizzas in Phoenixville. Unfortunately, after paying $14 for 10 wings, they delivered a bag of fries. When I sent a message through Slice and called the restaurant they insisted 3+ times that they delivered correctly. Finally they agreed to redeliver but insisted I show the proof of the fries. I get that people lie and take advantage these days. I get mistakes happen. The Phillies are playing tonight, so I’m sure it’s busy. Like I said, I really enjoyed the pizza.. but customer experience is incredibly important. To have to argue 3+ times tells me you think I was lying. Meanwhile my wife was waiting without food. And what did you do to make the situation better? Delivered the wings late after arguing with me and took the fries back."

"Decent salads, and the delivery driver seemed really nice. Tried this today for the first time after getting really excited to see a pizza that had artichoke hearts listed (Capricciosa), and decided to order. Of course there were no artichoke hearts on it when it arrived. At least my wife likes ham and olives. We also had the sliding cheese issue, it seems like the dough is baked with sauce ahead of time, then just topped with cheese/other toppings at time of order. Didn't bother me, but it was a little strange for the pizza to arrive so quickly but already be kinda cold."

"We love the pizza here; the thin crust is not wet, greasy or doughy and it's crispy around the edges. A lot of places tend to overdo it on the sauce, or cheese, or both that can make it mushy. Staff is friendly and they have plenty of people, so no hour long waits. We started to order online instead of calling like we used to when we discovered they have some great online deals and discounts."
