"Sudden Impact does good work, but they don't pay attention to detail. They fixed my truck earlier this year and it looked great when I picked it up (on a rainy day), but a couple days later, I noticed that they left off some of the molding. I went back to bring it to their attention and they promised to order and install the part. Needless to say, after about 6 months, multiple calls, and empty promises, i got nothing! I even offered to take the part number and order the part to install it myself. They didn't provide the part number. I think they just wanted me to move on and forget it... hence the runaround the gave me. Good work, but be sure to look really hard at your vehicle when you get it back, something could likely be missing."

"It has taken me way too long to write this review. My '13 Honda CR-Z got its windshield caved in by a bouncing tire on I-97 two weeks after I bought it and drove it off the lot. I did not mentally or emotionally handle this incident very well because this was my dream car (used to own a CR-X) and I was mortified my insurance would total it because this model/ color/mileage was very difficult to find on the used market. That thankfully didn't happen but the timing wasn't great because COVID supply chain issues held up receiving spare parts (discontinued model). The tire's "sudden impact" caused enough damage that the roof needed to be replaced, and it took three months until they were able to obtain that part. Upon replacing the windshield and roof and test driving it they heard glass shards rattling in my AC vents, leftover from the collision. They successfully petitioned the insurance company to pay for the labor/ hours to remove my dashboard and vacuum out all the glass. They also towed my car to their lot on Christmas Eve! Sudden Impact went above and beyond and they even detailed/ waxed my car before I picked it back up. I didn't even recognize it because of how banged up it looked before. Freakin' 11/10."
