"I have an almost 2 year old car which has never missed any servicing- but there are Constant surprise costs even with “100,000 bumper to bumper warranty”. Maintenance (which required no new parts) cost $750 & most recent inspection with emissions cost $170 (so much for “free inspection”) there’s always some way for them to charge you a rather significant fee! They used to include a car wash- I have not had them offer that in over a year."
"Good overall experience dealing with Kia of Coatesville. Was easy working with the sales team. They met my needs in a very professional way. The only thing I could say they could improve on is being a little more prepared when I had a scheduled appointment to pick up the vehicle. Had to wait over two hours before I was seen by finance. Other than that I would strongly consider buying another Kia from them."
"This is the worst place to buy a new car. Their customer service is horrible, just like any other dealership. "All they care about is about taking your money." Gregg will get very frustrated and will raise his boise . If he seems you backing up to buy a car, he will even try to get you with different tricks by telling you that they're the only ones having the car you liked. The finance person can hold stress, and she will get very frustrated as well. I don't recommend this place when looking for a car, period. WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR"
