"My car was damaged during a lock out service call. There was a big gap between the door and frame of car. While waiting for Insurance to get back to me, my neighbor told me to stop by Collex to see if they could help. She had previously had a great experience with them. I randomly dropped in to ask their advice. The man in the office stopped what he was doing and came out to take a look. He asked for my keys and said i could go wait in the office.
