"I'd leave a one star but the person handling the appointment and estimate was nice and responsive. As a background, my car needed the half of the trunk repaired and rear bumper replacement and paint due to a rear end. Here are the reasons for the low rating: - My car had over spray all over the place, it was on the wheels, windshield and back window, heavy over spray on the rear panels, and light over spray on the rest of the car. It's hard to show with photos and you need to see it in person for the over spray on the painted parts, but you can definitely feel the over spray. Now I have to clay bar the entire car to get it looking right. - Bumper alignment isn't 100% aligned right Do NOT use this place if you expect them to mask or cover your car right for painting. The customer service was great but I was really disappointed."
