"A month ago I took my estimate for hitting a deer to Wentz Auto Body. I have had work done there before and they did a great job. After two weeks I gave a call to see if they had a date estimate for when the parts would come in. They seemed confused but took my number and said they would call back when they arrived. Today marked the month so I called again to just check on things. They never ordered the parts, couldn’t give me any answers and then when questioned this guy named Travis told me if I never made a mistake at my job to find somewhere else to fix my Jeep. To be honest, if they would have just owned up to their mistake and tried to work with me by getting it done asap I wouldn’t t be mad. However this guys unprofessionalism was over the top. Plus to fail at ordering the parts after the first phone call is pretty bad."
