"Had a remote starter installed today. Best money I have spent in a while. From the time I called to schedule, they have been friendly and professional. I was so surprised to discover that they CLEANED my car interior! What a nice surprise. I highly recommend Drew and Streamline Audio."
"This place is a joke to be honest. This has to be one of if not the worse place to get any done and I wouldn’t recommend it. I wish I could give a negative rating. I went there for an installed gps on my Audi q5 that were going on and off every time I switched on and my guess was the wiring. I was originally charged for a diagnostic fee of $60 which I agreed to then maybe less than 20 minutes later I was told that I would cost me $130 because they got it fixed which I payed and was cool about it even though it was overpriced. Literally a minute later after driving a few feet away it went off again. I came back and the guy who worked on it checked it again and said I might have to change my screen which works perfectly fine if I don’t need to switch it on to the gps. I was then scheduled for today Saturday and once I get there, the owner himself Drew said that I might need to update it which I said I don’t want to since I’m looking to get a new car soon and just need my gps to no go off and on anymore. So I basically told him that I pay for nothing instead because I was told it was fixed then him telling me to try to upgrade which I’m not trying to because it works just fine but goes off and on. He the owner then had the audacity to tell me that because I’m expressing the fact that I paid for the repair and not trying to spend more or get it updated, I might be going through some financial issues. He is a joke and be aware because all he wants is trying to make you spend more money and get things updated even if that’s not what you want. I can’t even trust them to put a gps in my car even if I wanted to upgrade the one. My reverse camera is now not working however it was when I went there this morning. The owner is full of himself and really think Apple CarPlay is something new and just came out today since I have a Garmin gps installed in my car trying to convince me it is the problem however it works just fine. Please be aware or you will learn yourself!!"
"What a great family owned business. Drew and his son put in a subwoofer in my Mercedes and then they also tinted the windows. I was so thankful. Each time they were accommodating and friendly. Great communication. They were pricey but I guess you can’t get good work for cheap. So it’s worth it. I haven’t had any issues but I can tell if I did, drew would definitely try to mediate the situation."
"Used to do a lot of business with them, referred my friends and family to them. Cannot do that any longer In April 2022, I went to them to upgrade my fog lights, tint my front windows and potentially add Apple Play to my GMC. I had at first talked to Phil, then Phil, after all these years, suddenly left and I had to deal w the owner, Drew. He got it wrong. He and the new Shop Manager replaced my working and fabulous HID headlights with LED ones. They don’t work well with this vehicle, and they were the wrong lights to replace. Supposed to be my fogs!! They finally replaced my fogs but said they couldn’t get the HIDs, blamed it on a supply issue. Meanwhile, I CANNOT SEE AT NIGHT. regular beams barely light up the pavement and high beams do NOTHING. had a couple of trips lined up in late May and had a difficult time up in Maine’s north area. UFB! Then he started to blame the lenses. Cost is around 1200 each. Right. Nothing wrong with my lights before.. what did you do?? Always blaming someone else. He finally got the OE HIDs in AUGUST, and they don’t work, Shop Manager left the business. Wow. Fed up, I took it to a GMC dealer to have therm repair what Streamline screwed up, and they said it might take DAYS to figure out what they did to my truck. They did rule out the lenses, but it will cost me hundreds of $$$ to investigate. I’m stuck, unhappy and warning anyone I can of their work practices. Deceptive, dishonest and willing to blame absent employees and the supply chain for their failures. Don’t even get me started on the Apple Play saga. Total Failure. Go elsewhere for any of your audio/lighting:tinting needs. Not happening here. Gaaaah! UPDATE::: Wow! 8 months later and still no resolution to my headlight situation. Mr. Brown professed his desire to fix this, but, of course, not at his expense...mine. He constantly changes his reasoning from, I'll take care of it, to it'll cost you $XXX to repair. His shop RUINED my headlights by replacing them with LEDs in April 2022. They did something to diffuse all my lighting, and I have no viewable brights. They took till August of 2022 to replace the LEDs with original (so they say) HIDs, but it did NOT improve. Have NO idea what they origianlly did, but my lights worked when I brought it to them, and they have not weorked correctly since. Mr. (Drew) Brown seems to think the casings are pitted and that HIDs are no good (according to a forum he visited), and changes his story EVERY time I visit to see what's next to fix this issue (left a previous review which Mr. Brown says he'd like to have a chance to correct, but still has not even offered a sensible and cost free solution...just pins it on me. Look at the picture attached... are my lenses corroded? Pitted? Cloudy? No. GM says they are fine, just not emitting the proper power to provide lighting on road surfaces... diffused lighting. And blame me? Right. Do NOT use this shop until there is a change in management and someone takes responsibility that what they did (unauthorized) caused this problem to beging with. Terrible customer relations...one sided ONLY. Thanks, Drew! One year and 4 months I've waited..."

The owner and technicians were highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my car was in top-notch condition. Even when had so issues the owner came out on his off day to fix it The upgrade were done efficiently and effectively, and I was impressed with the attention to detail. The staff was friendly and professional, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier with the work done on my car, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of any customization done on your vehicle"
