"My experience with this location was seamless. From the moment I walked through the door to when I picked up my car, everything went well. Angie was my contact person. Her communication with me was great. She was very detailed when explaining the process and what to expect. She updated me daily about the status of my car. If she could not reach me by phone, she left a message and emailed me. My car was ready before the estimated date given to me. This of course saved me from having to pay for additional days for a rental car. The ladies in the front office were very personable. They too were very detailed with their explanations and made sure all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I had a great experience with this Caliber Collision location. I highly recommend it."

"I just left after being told the technician to repair my car was out sick. I was fine with that, people get sick all the time. I waited while the lady attempted to see if someone else was there to get my estimate. After being told I had to reschedule, I was told the availability for the next appointment. I asked about being able to drop off the car since originally I was told it would be 90 mins to get the estimate completed. I had EVERY intention to have my car repaired at this shop when the estimate was completed. The older lady was very unfriendly and short when I started to ask questions. I did not feel welcomed and I have chosen to use another repair shop. This was completely opposite of the pleasant phone interaction I had when making the original appointment on 12/21-almost three weeks ago. I completely understand people calling off work, I completely understand being understaffed but it would have been nice to not show up at 9 am to be told that I have to reschedule, someone could have called me this morning since the business opens at 7:30 am. AND the person at the desk could have been a bit more empathetic."
