CK New & Used Tires

"I was driving from Virginia to my home in New Jersey when I hit a large pot hole and suffered a blow out. I did a quick google for tire repairs near my location and found the CK was only 6 minutes from my location so I called. The young man that answered said that he would be "In and out" but if I could get to him he would wait for me. I have "run flat tires" on my Cooper and I was able to make to his location. He jacked my car up, switched out my tire and had me back on the road in no time. I was prepared for an expensive bill seeing that it was a Sunday, an emergency, and I was from out of state. Nope, I won't say what I paid but I can tell you it was a 1/4 of what I expected. I'm sorry I did not get this gentleman's name but he was a god send. Thank you, Ray from NJ"

"I got a flat tire and was parked at my job. I called them to see if they were open (around 7pm on a Friday night), to which they said yes. The gentleman on the phone was very courteous and professional. We briefly discussed a game plan to get my car towed over there so they could perform whatever service may be needed. Long story short, everything went smoothly and the level of honesty and integrity they operate with was very obvious. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in a heartbeat. "Did install but one old lug bolt broke in hole. No biggie, scheduled for next day to replace all of them and drill out broken lug bolt. Called ahead as requested. Asked me to come later, ok. Arrive, he's not there. Worker says "he just drove away. He told me to jack up car and we'll work on it when he gets back." Ask how long, "30 minutes to an hour." Call buddy about time because I had other things to do instead of waiting for don't know how long. Then he said "hey, I'm running all over today. You can bring tomorrow at 3p. I'm doing you a favor." Nah, homie. If I'm paying, I'm doing you the favor. I tipped you AFTER you broke bolt. Was about to pay for new set and you for installation and got the nerve to say doing me the favor? I never asked for anything free or any favors. Please! I try to support small businesses but experience like this make it difficult."

"I visited twice in one week. Both times I received 5 star service and a good price for my used tires. This is a small business where there was only one person on duty yesterday. He was customer oriented and knowledable. I honestly did not mind waiting. This business is doing their best to serve our community. Thank you guys!"
