"I had fun here and Tracy was so, so great! I cannot say enough nice things about her. I feel like the museum branding is a little…off? I do appreciate the explanations of each illusion but it’s definitely more of a place for selfies. It’s great though and probably super fun with kids. I went early and I think that’s the best time to go before it gets crowded."
"This place is awesome! Fun, interactive and photo worthy (you will regret it if you don't take pictures) exhibits with explanations for each one. Extremely helpful staff not only assist in the photo setups, but will also take the pictures so everyone can get in on it! Parking is convenient, restaurants are plentiful nearby. SPECTACULAR place to bring people who have attention issues and would usually get bored at museums. I am definitely spreading the word!"
"The Museum of Illusions in Washington DC is a well-known tourist spot that is famous for its interactive exhibits. These exhibits can deceive the eyes and create a challenge for the perception of the viewer. Although it's a fun and engaging experience, I find it to be overpriced and underwhelming Positives: The illusions are well-designed and creative. It's a great place to take photos. It's a fun activity for families with young children. Negatives: The museum was small and crowded. It's not worth the price of admission."
"The staff were very friendly and helpful through the exhibit. It was very overcrowded, we were under the impression the point of timed tickets was to control how many visitors at once so you could fully enjoy it. They let too many people in at once to really be able to take your time, the waiting area/lobby is very small and gets packed quickly. However, if you go on a slower day you would probably have a better experience! The actual exhibits were a lot of fun - great photo ops!"
