"I ordered specialty’s pizza in 575 W Uwchlan Ave Exton and it looks so bad nobody can eat it from my family I will put a picture for it the day I orderd the only one running the store a young girl by herself and I asked for a manger no body there something wrong it not like what we got before it’s burning and she pour a bottle of hot sauce in the top I am so disappointed not recommend to anyone to go there"

"Ordered delivery of the same thing I always do, a chicken alfredo pan pizza. When I received it, it looked like a terrible falling apart mess. I posted a picture. It was poorly made the last time I ordered but thought I would try one more time. That was a mistake because against my better judgment, I tried to eat it anyway even though it looked much worse then last time. I could only eat some of it, but even that was enough to make me sick and in the bathroom the rest of the night into the next day. I contacted the store for them to make it right, and all that was offered was a coupon on my future order... Not sure what is happening with this company but I won't be ordering again and I would advise others not to either."

"Ordered a Brooklyn style pizza on Friday and the entire middle was a soupy mess. Picked up the floppy slice and everything slid off the pizza. It lacked a good flavor as well. Pretty bland. Won't be ordering from this location again."

"The new Spanish manager was horrible. He has zeo customer service skills. They ignored the customers and made us wait at the check out for more than 15 minutes even after the pizza was ready. There was a manager by name John before this Spanish speaking guy who was amazing."
