"If you need exhaust work done, be cautious on the work preformed. I came in to have a leaked in my muffler welded and was told it would need replacement. I accepted their price of $350 for convenience so that I could pass my MD state inspection the next day, to later learn I was sold a generic universal muffler. I failed inspection due to a leak where they bypassed the flanged and welded the muffler straight to the pipe. I brought the car back after failing inspection to get the weld corrected. Next day, I fail the inspection again due to the weld. I came in twice due to an exhaust leaked and left twice with an exhaust leak. Exhaust leak test was not preformed twice to ensure the welds were welded properly, unacceptable. Without the inspection I would have never known I had a botched job preformed on my car. With a name like “Perfect Auto Repair & Muffler” you want to be serviced the first time around. My experience was far from “Perfect”, and inconvenience me to allow them to correct their mistake that should have been avoided."
