I initially spoke with Kyle who gave me a great deal and met with Richard for my test drive and paperwork. As you can imagine, the process takes a bit of time but once you drive off the lot you feel like a million bucks. Jay assisted us with finance and he was knowledgeable and efficient. "I purchased a Used 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia from Jim Coleman Nissan in Silver Springs, MD. Richard was my salesman and did a fantastic job!! He sent me a full video of the car running and the interior. I was coming from an hour and half away, so this was very helpful. On the day of purchase, Richard sent a good morning text confirming the appointment, which was really nice. Once we got there, Richard had the car up front, ready for me to look it over. After the test drive the paperwork smooth, Adam was great as well and got the numbers where I wanted. Jay in finance was great! I initially didn't want the gap insurance bc I thought my car insurance had gap, once I found out they didn't, Jay was help to help me get it added on. I did have 2 small issues with the car after purchase, 1 a wire was broken and 2 a trim piece was missing. Kyle the used car manager took care of me! He got the parts ordered, kept me informed and once they arrived got me in for service the next day! All in all I had a great experience and highly recommended them!"
