"My bf dropped off my car to get the AC fixed. They claim everything was fixed and charged me $160. After calling multiple time for a week no one would answer. We took the car back & schedule an appointment. When I took my car for my appointment they stated the garage was flooded and they will reach out to reschedule. Before hand never called to tell me my appointment was cancel. Waiting and waiting called back spoke with Perez the owner. Extremely rude & wants me two wait two months for fix it! I explained that it’s the middle of July that I couldn’t wait, I asked for a refund he refused! I told him I would dispute the charge and he said I could do whatever he wants and complained about all the money he is losing and his garage! Yelling at me over the phone, interrupting me over and over! Super rude unbelievable never will do business here again!"
