"This was my first time having a repair done here at Imperial in DC and they did an amazing job. I came in for 2 claims and thought it was going to take at least a week however I dropped it off on the Tuesday after Xmas and they finished both repairs by the following Friday, they also touched my car up on the inside and gave it a wash— the interior & exterior of my car looks quite new. Most importantly their customer service was nice and they keep their lobby area clean and smelling very fresh. Highly recommend !"
