"Let's go over "service" here. You all know full well who I am, and charged out the rear for it while doing a fraction of the job. 1. Had a loose steering column which required ripping out the dash off an older quote which was reasonable based on the labor involved to literally tighten a bolt or replace the internal assembly. Did they bother double checking what part might be required or if they had it? No, not until it was 350+ labor deep to not fix the issue and tell me woops, it's aftermarket-- we actually can't fix it. 2. On the drop off I said hey, I know you're about to hustle me in labor for potentially just tightening a bolt... I also need the mass airflow sensor replaced. This is a 2-3 minute snap in part into the air intake and if you're willing to not charge me another "hour minimum labor" please install it-- otherwise I'd like the part and I'll do it myself (which you noted on the literal work order at drop off). 3. I told the service department on three separate occasions if I couldn't pick the vehicle up the day it was dropped off, I'd come get it the next day. On the second interaction when you called on top of this I said since you have it, change the oil as well. 4. Next day hits because I needed to arrange a ride to get the vehicle (shocker, I can't drive two vehicles at once). I roll into your service department at 3:45 and you locked up shop several hours early without so much as a phone call wasting both my time and my rides time. Your sales rep Scott apologized and said you would likely comp fuel wasted for the double trip (you didn't). 5. I showed up a 3rd time only to find on a near $400+ labor bill that you never bothered to order let alone source the airflow sensor from #1 despite it being noted on the work order which now would require a 4th trip. Your service rep with an attitude instead of rectifying this told me to walk over and do his job for him at the parts department. 6. You didn't even bother to reset the oil filter life in the dash. 7. I spoke to a manager who did absolutely nothing rectify my loss of time, your lack of ability to fix the problem, or the complete joke of a service I received from your "service" department. :Conclusion: Absolute garbage service, garbage customer service, and you deserve every bit of business loss this review nets you. The only redeeming quality was the professionalism of the ladies up at the register and salespeople who flat out that were embarrassed on your service department's behalf for shutting down early and not having the decency to place a simple phone call. I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt by speaking with the manager which rectified nothing other than offering to ship me a $225 part I ripped out of a junker in Brandywine later that day for $25... and even was going to let this entire thing slide-- but if the most basic 2 second dash reset of an oil life in the dash wasn't done and flashes my girl in the face today while I'm trying to sell the vehicle (which was also told to you); how on earth am I to believe anything else was done honestly or professionally given the rest of this?"
"I have Nissan Rouge family SUV car. We had service appointment here. They inspected the car and suggested to change “Lower Control Arm”. Because those have big cracks. They never specified which side has the issue. I took this car to another certified state mechanic and they checked the whole car but nothing was found. Everything looks perfect and nothing needs to be done. Please be aware of these kind of extra suggestive services. Make sure you get it inspected from one another mechanic before you spend any money. They charge for extra stuff. i will avoid their services in future. They also dont allow you to go in their workshop to visually see the defects."

"I had an appointment on Monday for recalled headlights & an oil change. Parts were ordered prior to scheduling appointment. Dropped my car off at 1140am Monday morning. After hearing nothing all day Monday or Tuesday morning I called Tuesday evening to get an update. Car had not even been started! Wednesday morning I get an automated text with all the things they think I needed done, even though the initial work I was there for still hadn’t been started. Declined all extra work. Called at 130pm & they said it would still be another 3-4hrs for the work to be completed. Asked for a rental to which they said they had none. Claimed they are short staffed, but if that’s the case they shouldn’t be making appointments they can’t keep. This should’ve been a 4-5hr job that’s turned into 3 days without my car. Very dissatisfied with this dealership!"
"I had taken my Rogue to 2 other mechanic businesses before here and they didn't fix my problem. I decided to take it to Antwerpen and my service tech was Jeff Duckworth and he was amazing, he kept me informed, called when he said he would and made me feel good about my car being there. Fran was the mechanic and he really did a good job because didn't know if my car would run again. I'm pleased to say got my Rogue back running and all the problems were fixed Thanks Jeff and Fran"
