I told them I would just wait in lobby and she said” oh no we don’t do that” that’s not allowed.” Thanks for helping a girl out!!! On to the next place. Won’t ever call them for anything again. I guess they have something about people who only have one car-those people are no good. Especially when other reviews said they had a great waiting area. So what changed?
