The employee whom answered the phone was rude my husband ordered a part 5/12 it has now been 5 days and we have yet to receive our parts supposedly he cannot track the order this is ridiculous. Only good employee there is Manny but unfortunately he was not in today. Advance get better employees and train them better cause in other auto parts store you can always track your shipments etc…."
