"They put the wrong size tires on my car and tried to blame me! They didn’t even notice, I left and had a ton of issues, brought it back within ten minutes, they test drove it and still didn’t notice until after they came back and just stared at them. They refused to put different tires on or refund the wrong tires and wanted to charge me again to put the old tires back on or they could put the wrong size set on the back for another mount and balance fee plus the cost of two more tires. They said “it’s fine just keep traction control off” …. I knew that wasn’t right so I went somewhere else to get a whole new set put on. Turns out, they didn’t even balance the tires either! No weights or anything. As an added bonus, they over charge DOUBLE for the wrong tires!! They claimed they were the best tires but they’re actually the cheapest on the market and they just inflate the price. As if that wasn’t all enough, they called 6 times in a row saying “better get here right away” to put the wrong set on the back later that afternoon. Save yourself the time and long term issues and go somewhere else. Also, never ever ever let a mechanic try to convince you that the wrong size tires will be okay. Any DECENT mechanic would have never put those tires on!!!"
