I recently brought my car into Bethesda Imports and they replaced my entire suspension components at the tune of $4,800.00 plus. I brought it back because After a few hundred miles, I noticed noise stemming from the left front and the alignment felt off. I was surprised to learn of retirement of Mike and departure of most of the longtime technicians from Bethesda Imports. When I spoke with the new RUDE manager, he claimed that the tech never heard the noise and the car is aligned. I took my car to the Radial Tire Company in Silver Spring, MD and they discovered poor alignment, noisy aftermarket parts by MOOT they preformed a force road balanced and aligned my car. NOW my car is driving smooth and perfect. I am very disappointed with the current service and management. Perhaps they perform simple oil changes and brake job but don't trust them with complicated jobs."
