"It is a nice little zoo. It has cute activities, most at an additional cost. But parking is a nightmare! The parking lot was full so we went to the shuttle lot. Called 4-5 times to see when a shuttle was coming and no one answered. No shuttle came either. Made just getting in a pretty awful experience."
