"I told these people not to unload my truck that I was going to have it towed somewhere from an accident I had just had they unloaded it anyway and left. Left me sitting in the office for 3 hours hurting really bad for my accident then told me they were going to be closed until Monday morning so I could not even get my truck back out. They were very rude and very unhelpful, but I was asking for mechanics in the area. If you have any other choice do not use these people. Oh but they did bring me to the local crack motel...... I own a business and do not operate like this! Then I call them on Monday ask them to take my truck to the body shop they said it would be there before noon. Then I called the body shop at 4:30 and he said it never arrived. I called them back the next morning and all they wanted to talk about was my glowing review of how pathetic they are as a business. They also said they were going to charge me for taking me to the crack motel and for every minute I was there after 5:00 after they had me sitting in the office for 3 hours offering no help at all. They also lied on the body shop that I finally got my vehicle transferred to about a claim number..... If I could give negative Stars I would, Paul's towing is absolutely the rudest least helpful and non-professional towing company I have ever dealt with in my life! Please do yourself a favor and call ANYONE but them. Also my door was opening fine after the accident, but after they jerked it up on their wrecker now the fender and the door are rubbing when you open it......"

"I broke down 125 miles from home on Route 80 in PA. Rather than telling me to wait for the tow, I explained my issue and they directed me to another unrelated business that was closer to me closer to me to get me home faster. I really appreciated that and will definitely keep them in mind should I need towing or repairs in their area."
