"I've always been happy with the service at the Kensington, MD Jiffy Lube. Not this time. I asked for full synthetic (as the manufacturer recommends) and they put in regular oil. They checked my car in, but did not find my record, and therefore my service record is not updated. The service manager didn't think that was an issue, but I disagree because I count on JL to have my service record. I was never consulted on services (which honestly, I usually decline) but I do appreciate hearing their thoughts on what needs to be serviced. They were definitely off their game yesterday. I do appreciate the free car wash, so I'll probably use them again, but I certainly hope their service improves."
