"I went into the store about two days ago and I just wanna applaud the customer service it was so great I got everyone’s name!! I went in the morning and Arianna,Janya and Asia was spectacular they helped me with my return!! They greeted me and was pleasant !!!"

"UPDATE: 10/31 - still NO idea where my package is. UPS has been no help, but they did open a case on the missing package, but it still hasn’t been located. This particular store is a HUGE problem. Don’t leave anything with them … who knows where it will end up. Dropped off UPS prepaid labeled overnight envelope at store on 8/8. According to the tracking number, it is still at the store 8 days later. Multiple calls to the store produced absolutely NO HELP at all. “Call customer service” is all the help that is given. Customer Service suggests talking to the store because the system shows the envelope STILL at the store. UPS is not this incompetent, but apparently this particular store is."

"I would never come here again. I went into the store around 1:55 not knowing they were closing at 2. There were two customers being helped and I was next in line. When the first customer was done the one associate walked away to close the door and she didn’t acknowledge me. When the second associate was done she told me she couldn’t help me because they were closed. Why would you have me stand and wait there if you had no intentions of helping me? I would have been fine if they said were closing in 5 minutes we won’t be able to help me when I walked in because I could have left. Instead they had me wait there to tell me they were closed. I think it’s very rude to do that to someone and to have an attitude was wrong. And to top it off she told me she couldn’t help me because it takes 15 to 20 minutes to make a label. I went to the store on Hamilton Blvd and the man there made a label in under 4 minutes. I timed him because I had never in my life had to wait 15 minutes for a label at ups and couldn’t believe they would say that. Don’t come here unless you have time to wait for a label and wanted to be mistreated."

"Usually i have issues when i do returns. But thankfully a kind young lady, Savita at the front was so helpful to assist me with accessing my returns and made the process easy for me. I didn’t realize Amazon had to charge for a certain returns but Savita explained the process and was such a great person. I know now to have my stuff ready in the future. She definitely needs a raise."
