I went to SmartCents and they processed all of it and I walked out with a new plate and the paperwork sent off to PennDOT. Way nicer to deal with than the other big name “agency” in the area for vehicle needs. Will go here from now on!"

"Absolute garbage. Came in with a buddy to do a title transfer on a vehicle that I purchased off of him. Immediately got discriminated started asking more questions in what the paperwork as stated. Kept asking The seller why he was selling me the car at the price and every time he would give them an answer he would look for other ways to get a different answer out of him. I brought my plate in my registration and the gentleman wouldn’t accept it. Couldn’t give me a valid reason or answer on why I couldn’t use my existing play with the registration that I had on my email. Seems like this place just wants to get every single “cent” out of you. Than the gentleman had a terrible attitude about helping us. Stay far away this place is a dump."

"I called to get information on transferring a title from out of state. When I asked what fees would be involved, he muttered an expletive. I can’t imagine how anyone in the title and tag business, or any business, would see that as an unreasonable question. He will not be getting our money."
