"Went thru my insurance. Called at 7:30am and they called them it was gunna be 1 1/2. Called this place almost every half hour not gunna lie and they continued to say 30-40 minutes each time I called. Last time I called Saying the Insurance place doesn’t pay them enough to rush. Rude and I would never ever ever go thru them for anything. Ever."

"I called for a tow truck they said 80-110 minutes; which was fine to me. Mind you this was 7:19am. My car did not arrive at my house until 10:37am. Then the man who dropped of my car was seemingly nice; however he parked it crooked and half of my car was left in the road. Mind you my car wasn’t able to start. So it’s currently crooked. I honestly appreciate the service. But if you’re looking for a better experience then don’t call here."

"Avoid to be scammed. They have several ways to stole your money. When they receive the first call for services they are very nice but then they become a predators. They gonna try to drag you an a situation where you gonna pay for unnecessary services, for service not performed or/and then make you to pay fees for storage your vehicle. Your vehicle can get trapped for 7 days and you will need to pay up to $1000 to recover your car. They have some proven tricks to drag you to that situation and they don’t care the financial and stress situation that they gonna cause you. The owner is a bad person, rude and lack of empathy. Be aware. Your Welcome"

"This guy is a thief. I was looking for a shop to take my Jeep for an electrical issue that was preventing my engine to start up. I found this place in Google and I called the guy explaining what was happening with my Jeep and he asked me for $100 just to take a look plus $150 to towing service for the short distance from former Mark plaza at HWY 11 to his location that is about 3 miles. In the first call the owner sounded like a nice guy. He asked me to wait at least one week to check my Jeep and I replied with an Ok because we do have another vehicle. But after few days, actually one week, I had to call him again because he never call me back to get an update about my Jeep and he told me that my Jeep have an electrical issue (really?) and accepting that he do not works with that. Really? He could tell me that in my first call before to accept my money because he knew in advance that he do no work with auto electrical issues. He was rude in that call and he ask me to take my Jeep to another place obviously using his towing service in order to avoid extra daily fees for storage my Jeep. What???So I am pretty sure that the only thing that he did was turn on the ignition key and see the same thing that I told him in the first call when I was looking for the right place to fix my Jeep. I knew that my Jeep has an electrical problem and I told him that very clear in the first screening call and the possible cause to help him to decide if he was capable to accept the work of my Jeep or in the case that he was not capable like he wasn’t to find somewhere else like in the end I had to do. I ended finding another towing service (Falzone,100% recommended) which only charged me 80 bucks to tow my Jeep for this horrible and lack of professionalism place to the next location (more distance) where the owner was very professional and took care of my Jeep immediately with no charge for try to get an diagnostic. I was stole $260 because I paid cash to the tow driver in the beginning of this short nightmare and he had no change at that moment to give me my 10 bucks back. I gave one star because that’s the minimum in order to make the review but obviously my honest reviews in negative 100. Hope that this review can save someone else their money. I will recover mine when I sell my Jeep."
