"This is the worst management I have ever seen, there was some money taken from my account 3 times from this dominos and I was told they didn’t receive my order in macungie store 4079 and I called at 7:12 pm on December 31,2023 to get this fixed and the manager on duty was very rude on the phone instead of giving suggestions or looking into it he sounded angry on the phone and was talking to me with a very bad attitude and I only called one time for this problem, I will never recommend this location to anyone"

"My order never showed, I called but they didn't pick up. I went outside shortly after to go get other food and there a pizza and a soda a didn't order popped up. Fixed there mistakes timely, I thought they weren't going to respond at all it was after closing!"

"Don't order the pasta noodles they only give you 3oz. Of noodles for $9.00 it's not enough to even split between 2 people. I highly recommend ordering from Woody's or another pizza shop this is ridiculous. We even called to complain and thats when we found out the serving portion. The portion isn't on the website. Then we also requested 3 garlic butter dipping sauce and only received one. The food wasn't hot it was warm Very poor service. Do yourself a favor look for another place to order from spend the extra dollar and don't order from here."

"This is my second and last time ordering from this location. The customer service is not great at all. I decided to try their Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich and what I received is what you see in the picture. This looks like stale canned vegetables on a roll. For $6 you're better off going to subway. The portion for the pasta was not even enough for 2 servings. I've always had positive experiences at domino's in other locations. Save your money and go elsewhere."
